Scheduled Reports in Sage Alerts not sending out reports

Resolution

DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1. Stop the Windows Service.
2. With the Windows Service stopped:

    • Task Manager
    • Processes
    • Show processes from all user
    • Sort by “Image Name”
    • Position to KS_*.exe
    • Kill them immediately.

3. Open the Administrator Module.

    • File
    • Database Tools
    • “Remove Pending Items”
    • Check them all

4. Go to folder :\Data

    • Delete all KS_Diagnostics* files

5. Run REGEDIT

    • (32 Bit Server)
      HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Vineyardsoft Corporation\KnowledgeSync 2000\General\Diagnostics
    • (64 Bit Server)
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Vineyardsoft Corporation\KnowledgeSync 2000\General\Diagnostics Change “Diagnostics” to:
      “0” – (0 is No Servers in Diagnostic Mode.)

6. Start the Windows Service.

  • You should see all your events queued up and ready to go and if you have any ready, they will be submitted automatically.
