Cause

Distribution settings may have been corrupted

Resolution

• Resolution 1:
1. In the Intelligence Report go to BITools, Distribution Settings
2.  Under the SMTP settings reenter the smtp location and the e-mail password
3. Send the reports again
• Resolution 2:
1. Download and replace the BICORE.EXE file found on the below link.
2. https://www.dropbox.com/s/6sjnxy9j7v3jzsm/BICore%207.3kevin.exe?dl=0
3. Once Downloaded, navigate to the existing BICORE.EXE (see below) file and then replace with the new downloaded one.
• Standard:
1. Download BIcore75.exe and unzip
2. Go to C:\Program FIles(x86)\Sage\Intelligence
3. Rename BICore.exe
4. Paste in BICore75.exe
5. Rename file to BIcore.exe
• Advanced and Premium:
1. Download BIcore75.exe and unzip
2. Go to C:\Sage\Sage 100 Workstation\MAS90\HomeIntelligence
3. Rename BICore.exe
4. Paste in BICore75.exe
5. Rename file to BIcore.exe
