Description
The error occurs when running Sage Intelligence reports:
“An error occurred while attempting to remove a named range. The error was [Unable to cast COM object type ‘System._ComObject’ to interface type ‘Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Workbook’. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IIS ‘{000208DA-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}’ failed due to the following error: Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).].

The report will continue to run but it may be incorrect.”
Resolution
Run Quick Repair on the Excel or Office applications.
To run a Quick Repair on Excel
Go to Windows Settings > Apps (or Control Panel > Programs & Features), find your Microsoft Office/365 installation, click ‘Modify’ or ‘Change’, and choose the ‘Quick Repair’ option from the dialog, which fixes common issues without an internet connection.
This process repairs the entire Office suite and requires closing the applications first.
