Our multi-user environment gives you five default profiles for your users – Administrator, Call Centre Agent, Dispatcher, Field Agent, and Limited Field Agent. You can also create additional custom profiles. Call Centre Agents and Dispatchers take up requests and create schedules. Field Agents work at the site. The Limited Field Agent profile can be used to give minimum control to the user, while still having visibility over the work done on the field.
