Unable to activate the Sage 300 License keys
Summary
In order to activate the Sage 300 License, the entitlements.xml file needs to be updated.
- This file located in the Sage 300 [Shared Data] location.
- The file should get updated if successful.
Cause
After entering the Subscription License Entitlements (entitlements.xml) file doesn’t download in Sage 300. The file can’t download because it’s blocked by the firewall.
Resolution
- Whitelist the following URLs:
- licensing.services.sage.com:443
- licensing2.services.sage.com:443
- cece.na.sage.com
- After the URLs are whitelisted, please try registering it again.
- If this does not work, contact Sage 300 Support. It may be possible the keys are invalid or they need to make a change on their end.
