CRM and Collection’s customer aging screen shows you which accounts are overdue and require attention.
You can change aging periods, select customers using ranges of customer fields and customer optional fields, exclude invoices that are in dispute, and set a threshold for displaying overdue invoices.
The program also flags customers with open cases, disputed invoices, promised payments, and unapplied credit.
And you can drill-down to all customer and collections information and add new cases, disputed invoices, promised payments, or invoice notes – on the spot.
