This video takes a quick look at the SmartFinder – a powerful feature in TaiRox Productivity Tools for Sage 300.

The SmartFinder appears throughout Productivity Tools to help you quickly find customers, vendors, inventory items, orders, shipments, invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

The “SmartFinder” makes data searches fast and easy — automatically matching the search strings to multiple fields in the customer records – including the customer name, address, phone number, email address, contact name, customer group, etc.

Use the Item Finder on the Extended Order Entry screen to quickly find inventory items. Note that you can quickly compare customer item prices and you can check the availability for all items in the SmartFinder grid.

And, with the Enterprise version of Productivity Tools, you can search for items using manufacturer’s item numbers.
