Error: “Setup indicates that this option is not available on your system.” when accessing Shipping Rate Maintenance

Resolution

1. Expand Modules, Sales Order, Setup, Sales Order Options
   • Click Entry tab.
   • For “Use Shipping Code to Calculate Freight”, select Yes or Actual.
   • Click Accept
2. Expand Modules, Sales Order, Setup, Shipping Rate Maintenance.
3. If shipping codes will not be used to calculate freight charges, repeat Step 1 above and change to the value back to No.
