How to Set up Bank Feeds in Sage 100

Initial Setup Steps

  1. Go to Library Master, Setup, System Configuration, Registration tab.
  2. Ensure you’ve entered the correct Zip Code in the Zip/Postal Code field.
  3. Go to Bank ReconciliationMainBank Code Maintenance,
  4. Select the Bank Code desired for integration with Bank Feeds.
  5. Click the More button in the upper right and select Connect Bank Feeds.
  6. A new web-integrated window opens with the initial Bank Feeds setup steps.
  7. Select the desired bank from Popular Banks or switch to other banks to search.
  8. Select your Bank and click Next.
  9. Enter your bank’s regular online user/password.
  10. Follow the prompts to enter your banks information.

NOTE: You can only use one bank feeds email per Sage 100c installation.

Other Required Settings

  1. Microsoft Edge is a required component for Bank Feeds integration. Install if necessary.
  2. Adjust the PCs trusted sites to add the following URLs:
    • https://www.sagebankdrive.com
    • https://www.sagetokenservice.com
  3. Ask IT support to make sure to allow the sites listed below through the firewall.
