Resolution

Note:  If you received this error after selecting “Yes” to the prompt “The eFiling and Reporting client needs to be installed. Do you want to proceed?” within Sage 100, make sure to log out and install instead from the Workstation Setup installation menu per the instructions below.

Note: For Windows 7 workstations or Windows 2012 servers or higher, first verify that User Account Control (UAC) is set to “Never Notify”. For Windows Vista or Windows 2008 servers, turn off User Account Control (make sure the checkbox is not selected.

  1. Use Windows Explorer to browse to the “…\MAS90\Wksetup” folder on the server where Sage 100 ERP is installed.
  2. Right clickon exe
  3. Select Run as Administrator
  4. From the menu, select to Install Federal and State eFiling and Reporting
  5. Proceed through installation
