Sage Payroll Tax Calculation Engine requires internet connection when you run Payroll Tax Calculation in Sage 100 2018

Unable to process tax calculation

Tax Calc Service fails when running test in Payroll Status Utility

Resolution

Confirm internet access connection is available from client or server running tax calculation

Allow access to https://spa.na.sage.com/ on port 443 in firewall settings
