Order Entry Shipment does not prompt for Serial Numbers when shipping Kits in Sage 300

Description

When entering Order Entry Shipment for Kit items there is no prompt to enter Serial Numbers.

Cause

Order Entry configuration.

Resolution

In Inventory Control, I/C Setup, I/C Options, Serial Numbers tab, the option to “Allow Serial Quantity to be Different from the Quantity in the Entries” is selected.
