EFT PGP Encryption

For Sage 300

Enhance the security of your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) processing with EFT PGP Encryption, a robust solution designed to encrypt bank files generated by EFT Processing before uploading them to your bank. Utilizing PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encryption, this feature ensures that sensitive financial data remains protected during transmission, safeguarding against unauthorized access and potential breaches.

EFT Processing

Use PGP Encryption to encrypt a bank file generated by EFT Processing prior to uploading to your bank.

How it works

  • You configure which EFT file type is to be encrypted
  • EFT Processing uses PGP to encrypt nominated files, using the public key provided by the bank
  • The encrypted file can then be uploaded to the bank, either manually or using SFTP
