No Employees were found that fit the selected criteria when calculating payroll in Sage 300

Description

When calculating Payroll for a newly created employee, the following error may occur:
“No Employees were found that fit the selected criteria”

Cause

The Calculate? field for the Earnings Code is set to No.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, do the following:

1. Go to Payroll Employee, Pay tab.
2. In the Calculate? column change the status to Yes.
3. Calculate the Payroll again.
