Key Communications for the Web (KC-Web) is the latest PTS Connected Service that provides significant enhancement and convenience to your Sage 300 solution. The innovation provides the ability to set up individual contact options for each customer in Sage 300.

How it Works

Customers will be able to log into a portal, which will allow them to view and download relevant financial documents, such as invoices and statements, that have been produced and allocated to each contact.

A set of features have also been developed that will enable those contacts with the appropriate security permissions to view and manage aspects of their own account on your system.
