IRP - Projected Demand doesn't explode down to the component level - Sage 100

Check the following settings prior to running IRP Generation:

1. Production Management Options “Explode Bill Subassemblies” should be set to “Yes”.

2. Inventory Requirements Planning setting for “Explode Make Action” should be set to “Parent and Components Items”
