Resolution
- Open Windows Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features
- Select the appropriate Sage Workstation listed, Click Uninstall
- Click OK at the “Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its features?” dialog box.
- Click Yes at the “Do you want the Sage ERP registry entries to be deleted?” dialog box
- Click Finish
