How to setup or change the default Ship-To Address in Purchase Order Entry

• Open Purchase Order, Main, Purchase Order Entry
• Select the Defaults button which will open the Default Values for Purchase Order Entry screen.
• In the Ship-To Address field, select a Ship-To Address previously entered in Purchase Order, Setup, Ship-To Address Maintenance.
• Click OK
• Click Yes to the prompt “Do you want to save the vaules for Order Type, Ship-To Address, Warehouse, Print Purchase Order, Ship Via and FOB for use with future Purchase Order Entry?

To change Phone number:

• Open Purchase Order, Setup, Ship-To Address Maintenance
• Enter Telephone number
• Accept
• NOTE: Can also change Ship-To address here
