How to Setup Automatic User Log Off in Sage 100
- There are times when users forget to log off in Sage 100. Here is a setting that you can setup to have users automatically log off when they are inactive for a certain amount of time.
- First, log into Sage 100
- Next, go to the Library Master / Main / User Maintenance
- Select User
- After that, click on the Preferences Tab
- Checkmark Automatic Logoff
- Once you’ve done that, enter the Automatic Logoff Delay in Minutes
- If you enter 30, the system will automatically log the user off if they have been inactive in Sage 100 for 30 minutes
