How to Setup Automatic User Log Off in Sage 100

  1. There are times when users forget to log off in Sage 100. Here is a setting that you can setup to have users automatically log off when they are inactive for a certain amount of time.
  2. First, log into Sage 100
  3. Next, go to the Library Master / Main / User Maintenance
  4. Select User
  5. After that, click on the Preferences Tab
  6. Checkmark Automatic Logoff
  7. Once you’ve done that, enter the Automatic Logoff Delay in Minutes
  8. If you enter 30, the system will automatically log the user off if they have been inactive in Sage 100 for 30 minutes
