How to run Web Engine as an Application

1. Copy the icon that starts the Web Engine Configuration (Web Config) to the Desktop
2. Right Click and select Properties
3. Remove the argument from the end of the target -ARG AsService Make sure to also remove the space before the argument.
   (Example: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage 100 2017 Web Engine\WEBENG\Home\pvxwin32.exe” C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage 100 2017 Web Engine\WEBENG\Home\webcfg.ini *web/webcfg –ARG AsService should read “C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage 100 2017 Web Engine\WEBENG\Home\pvxwin32.exe” C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage 100 2017 Web Engine\WEBENG\Home\webcfg.ini *web/webcfg)
4. Apply and OK.
5. Launch the Web Config.
6. Start all Web Servers. There may be 3 servers listed if using SSL

Note: If having issues trying to start the Web Engine as an appplication, make sure there are no Pvxwin32.exe task running that are associated with the Web Engine

Note: Make sure to set the Sage Web Engine service to Disabled or Manual for Startup Type
