How to Promote a Quote to an Order in Sage 300

Resolution

To promote a quote to an order:

1. Open Order Entry > O/E Transactions > Order Entry.
2. In the Order No. field, enter or select the quote number.
3. On the Order Type list, select Active.
4. Edit other fields on the quote as needed to update general information and details for the order.
5. Click Post.
