How to enable Allow Returns in Sage 100 Inventory Maintenance

Resolution

• When a return is performed, it creates a backorder situation. Therefore ‘Allow Backorders’ must be selected and then ‘Allow Returns’ can be selected.
• Also the RMA module must be activated and setup for the option to display and be made available.
