How to Copy General Ledger Accounts and/or Sub Accounts in Sage 100.

Resolution

  1. Open General Ledger, Setup, Main Account Maintenance (or Sub Account Maintenance)
  2. Click Main Account (or Sub Account) lookup button and select the account to be copied from
  3. Click Copy button to open the Copy Accounts window
  4. Select an operand and value for each account segment.
  5. Print Financial Reports – Select this check box to include the subaccount on the Income Statement, when the subaccount’s segment is selected to print on the Income Statement. Clear this check box to exclude the subaccount from the Income Statement.
  6. Click Proceed button.
