Country

Description
When loading data using Database Load in sage 300 ERP, the following error may occur:
Error: “Error = 856, native code = 0, ARPJD”
Cause
Not enough disk space available for processing or Database auto-growth is restricted.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, do the following:
- Make sure that there is plenty of disk space on C: drive required for processing
- Make sure that there is enough space on the drive where database is located, in Management Studio, right-click on the database, files and check the path
- In Management Studio, Database properties, make sure that auto-growth is not restricted
Additional information
To confirm that space is the issue, do the following:
- Open the folder where dump files are located
- Rename [Database] folder
- Create a new folder using the initial name [Database]
- From original folder copy the file that was processing during which the error has occurred. In our case it is ARPJD.REC
- Proceed with Database load
If the loading goes through ARPJD portion, the issue is with the space limitation.
