Country

Description

When loading data using Database Load in sage 300 ERP, the following error may occur:
Error: “Error = 856, native code = 0, ARPJD”

Cause

Not enough disk space available for processing or Database auto-growth is restricted.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

  1.  Make sure that there is plenty of disk space on C: drive required for processing
  2.  Make sure that there is enough space on the drive where database is located, in Management Studio, right-click on the database, files and check the path
  3. In Management Studio, Database properties, make sure that auto-growth is not restricted

Additional information

To confirm that space is the issue, do the following:

  1. Open the folder where dump files are located
  2.  Rename [Database] folder
  3.  Create a new folder using the initial name [Database]
  4. From original folder copy the file that was processing during which the error has occurred. In our case it is ARPJD.REC
  5.  Proceed with Database load

If the loading goes through ARPJD portion, the issue is with the space limitation.
