Cause

  • SQL Server Native Driver Client entry missing from massql.settings file

Resolution

  • Restore …MAS90\HOME\massql.settings file from a good backup (NOTE: file will appear as ‘massql‘ if known file extensions are hidden)
  • Add SQL server native entry to massql.settings file
    1. Browse to …MAS90\Home\ folder
    2. Make a copy of the Massql.settings file
    3. Open Massql.settings in Notepad
    4. Add the following entry below @Application:
      • CONNECT=’Driver={SQL Server Native Client 11.0}’;
    5. Save then close file
