Resolution

1. Open Work Order, Main, Work Order Entry.
2. Click on Work Order Number Lookup.
3. Select Work Order without Item Number and click Delete

If unable to delete work order through User Interface:

1. Go to Library Master, Utilities, Data File Display and Maintenance.
2. Navigate to …\MAS_XXX\WOXXX (where XXX is the three character Company Code) and open WO1
3. Delete record(s) with missing Item Number
