Entry of extended text for this tab must be set up in a work ticket class
Sage 100 Production Management Module
Resolution
- Log into Sage 100
- Go to Production Management module / Setup / Work Ticket Class Maintenance
- Select the Work Ticket class associated to the Work Ticket
- Ensure Extend Text is does not have a “NO” value
