Default General Ledger Closing Account in Sage 300

The default is assigned in the following locations:

1. Under G/L Setup, Options, Account.
2. Go under “Default Closing Account”

or

1. Under G/L Setup, Segment Codes
2. For each segment code, go under the Closing Account. It is also defined there
