Customer Tax Class Does Not Default Properly in Sage 300 Order Entry

Sage 300 Customer Tax Class does not default properly while Entering Order Entry 

Resolution

The customer has a primary ship-to-location setup in AR. There is a Tax Authority there and it will default to that if that exists.
