Custom process flows are not visible in Sage 300

Description

The custom process flows may not be visible in the Assign Visual Process Flows interface.

Cause

The custom process flows may not be visible in the Assign Visual Process Flows interface.

Resolution

Perform the following steps:

1. From the Sage 300 Desktop click on the Help menu and select System Information.
2. Take note of the values for Shared Data Directory and Program Directory.
3. Go to the location of the program directory and look for the ProcessFlow folder.
4. Copy the ProcessFlow folder and save it in the location for shared data directory.
5. Run the Assign Visual Process Flows function.
