How to Change Your Email Configuration Settings in Zoho CRM
- Log into Zoho CRM
- Click on the Tools icon in the top right corner
- Channels > Email
- Click on “Add an Email Address” button
- Enter details and click “Create” button
- A pop-up message will notify you to check your email to confirm
- Here is a sample email that you will get from Zoho. Follow the instructions on the email to enter you access code into Zoho CRM. Your email address will now link to Zoho CRM.
