Summary

Cause

Sage Exchange 2.0 is not installed on the workstation where the Copy feature in Library Master, Company Maintenance is being run.

∙ Install Paya Desktop Connect on the workstation where Copy feature of Library Master, Company Maintenance is being used.

o Sage Exchange installer can be accessed from Workstation Setup

o From the workstation, open File Explorer

o Access the “..\MAS90\Wksetup” folder on the server where Sage 100 is installed

o Right-click the Autorun.exe program

o Select Run as Administrator from the pop-up menu

o Click Install Sage Exchange Desktop and follow install instructions to complete the installation
