Resolution
Reset the password for account eBusinessWebServices in Windows local user accounts and for the application pool
- Open Local Users and Groups in Computer Management
- Locate user eBusinessWebServices
- Right Click and select Set Password.
- Enter new password and confirm password then click OK
- Open IIS Manager
- Open Application Pools.
- Locate Sage 100 ERP eBusiness Web Services and right click and select Advanced Settings
- Select Identity field then click on button to right. This will open Application Pool Identity dialog box
- Custom Account should already be selected with eBusinessWebServices already populated. Click Set to open Set Credentials dialog box
- Enter eBusinessWebServices in User Name:, enter Password and Confirm password used in step #4 and click OK
Confirm eBusinessWebServices application pool starts and remains started.
