Aged Trial Balance and Aged Payables reports do not finish in Sage 300 Web Screens
Summary
When the AP Aged Payables is run from the AP Transaction Reports, or AR Trial Balance is run from AR Transaction Reports the report does not complete.
Continually shows “Processing” and never completes.
Cause
Insufficient access rights on Sage.CNA.WindowsService.
Resolution
Find the Sage.CNA.WindowsService in the Windows, Services applet.
In the Log On tab of the Properties screen, select “Allow service to interact with the desktop”, and restart the service.
