How to change item pricing on Sage 300 Inventory Control
Steps:
- Open Inventory Control > I/C Items and Price Lists > Item Pricing.
- Use the Finder or the navigation buttons for the Item Number field to display the item you need, and then do one of the following:
- To add the item to a price list, click New.
- To update an item on a price list, select (highlight) the item on the table, and then click
Open.
- If you use multicurrency accounting and you are adding item prices for a different currency,
enter or select the currency code. - If you want to assign a different item to the price list, enter its code in the Item Number field.
- Note: To delete an item from the price list, select it, and then click the Delete button. If a message appears asking you to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
- Select the tab where you want to make changes.
- Use the Prices tab to change base prices and sale prices.
- Use the Discounts tab to change discount or markup information for calculating item prices for volume sales or preferred customers.
- Use the Price Check tab to set checks for price overrides in Order Entry.
- Use the Taxes tab to change tax authorities and customer tax classes for taxes that are

- When you are finished, click Save.
