- User Account Control (UAC) can prevent the installation of the Sage PDF Converter.
- It’s recommended to disable this feature temporarily, then reboot before trying any installation method.
- Enable UAC after installation is complete and able to create Paperless Office PDFs.
Resolution
The installation though Workstation setup incorporates three elements:
- Installation of the “Sage PDF Converter” Printer object in Windows.
- Establishment of the Registry Entry under HotkeyCurrentConfig/Software/Sage PDF Converter.
- Establishment of the CDINTF300.dll (Driver) to Windows/System32 or Windows/SysWow64.
Methods to Install
- Run workstation setup on the affected workstation.
- Install the Converter from PL_AdvancedOptions_UI.
- Browse to the ..\MAS90\Home folder and run PDFInstall.exe. Once you’ve done this, process the additional steps located in the article Printing to Paperless Office Hangs.
- Using the Server’s drivers to update the workstation
