Manage Collection Calls and Tasks with TaiRox CRM and Collections for Sage 300

TaiRox CRM and Collections lets you track phone tasks generated by the Overdue Invoices program and create new tasks for collections, to-do items, appointments, and other CRM and Collections activities.

Tasks let you assign and schedule collection calls – and they provide reminders for other sales and collections activities.

System-Generated Phone Call tasks:

  • Include task revisit and due dates.
  • Appear on the dashboard according to the task revisit date.
  • Include invoice details for all overdue invoices not on-hold.
  • Provide drilldown to all customer account information.
  • Allow an unlimited number of attached notes.
  • Create phone communications to track the outcome of calls.
  •  And are searchable and sortable on the Tasks screen.
