Cause

Corrupt records in the PR_41 W2 eFiling file

  1. ResolutionOpen Library Master, Utilities, Data File Display and Maintenance
  2. Browse to the ..\MAS90\MAS_xxx\PRxxx folder and open the PR_41xxx.soa file (xxx=company code)
  3. Verify the data is not valid (Note: if the data is valid please call Sage 100 customer support at 800-854-3415)
  4. Using Windows Explorer, browse to ..\MAS90\MAS_xxx\PRxxx folder and rename the PR_41xxx.soa file to PR_41xxx.ORIGINAL
  5. Open Library Master, Utilities, Reinitialize Data Files
  6. Click Manual button
  7. In the File Name field, type PR_41xxx (xxx=company code) and press TAB
  8. Click Proceed

If error still persists:

  1. Select File > Run, type syzcon click Accept
  2. at the prompt type the following:
    • x=new(“sy_activation_bus”,%sys_ss)   press ENTER
    • ? x’activate(“P/R”,”xxx”)  press ENTER  (xxx=company code)
    • the number 1 should appear
    • at the prompt type bye
  3. Open Library Master, Utilities, Reinitialize Data Files
  4. Click Manual button
  5. In the File Name field, type PR_41xxx (xxx=company code) and press TAB
  6. Click Proceed
