How to import into Production Management Work Ticket Entry on Sage 100 2022 and higher

The following is high level information on creating a Visual Integrator import into Production Management Work Ticket Entry in Sage 100 2022 and higher and assumes existing experience with Visual Integrator.

Please refer to your Sage 100 Business Partner or Sage 100 Expert Services if you require help setting up a Visual Integrator Import Job.

1. Select Table PM_WorkTicketHeader
2. Importing in PM_WorkTicketHeader will allow importing into Work Ticket Header, Steps & Materials
3. Header Fields have a prefix of H
4. Steps have a prefix of WT
5. Materials have a prefix of L

Notes: Visual Integrator does not auto-populate Steps and Materials based on Templates as Manual Entry does. Steps and Materials must be imported.

Additional Steps and Materials can also be imported into existing Work Tickets.

The PM_WorkTicketHeader import contains existing perform logic to allow importing Materials when importing both Steps and Materials by allowing the field L.StepLineKey to be imported prior to the Step for the Materials being imported.
