Error: "The Application Server has Refused your Session request. The Maximum Number of Sessions allowed are already connected"
Cause
The default for Max Total Sessions in the Application Server Configuration has been changed from the default 0 setting.
Resolution
Reset the default setting in the Application Server Configuration for “Max Total Session” to 0.
- Have all users exit Sage 100 ERP
- Stop the application host service or desktop application
- Open Application Server Configuration on the Sage 100 ERP server
- Select Clients tab
- Change the Max Total Sessions to 0 and Apply
Restart the application host service or desktop application
