Unfreeze or Clear Frozen Items in the Sage 100 Physical Count Worksheet

Note: If the Physical Count Variance Register update has been performed, this option is unnecessary because the frozen items have been cleared automatically.

Note: Items that are unfrozen will need to be frozen again if Physical Count Entry is desired. However, this would be in effect as of the time of the freeze. It is not possible to freeze as of a different time in the past.

1. Open Inventory Management, Physical Count menu, Physical Count Worksheet
2. For Report Options, select Clear Frozen Items
3. For Selections, if desired, specify a range by Item Code, Bin Location, Warehouse, etc.
4. Click Print
