Sage 100 ERP Copy Utilities

Have you ever wanted to create a new company in Sage ERP MAS 90 or MAS 200 and copy the customers, vendors and items from one of your existing companies without the transactions attached to them? This is great for starting a new company, or even creating a test company with no existing transactions to train with.

For as far back as I can remember of MAS 90 and MAS 200, there has been a hidden utility in Sage ERP MAS 90 and MAS 200 to accomplish just that.

• First off, make sure that you have your new company setup already with desired modules activated. You then need to make sure that the modules options are already set up as well. Just make sure that your setup options are setup similar to your company you are copying from.
• From within MAS 90 MAS 200’s File Menu option, select RUN and type in SVTRNA. From here you can select the company you are copying data from and which module you want to copy.
