How to set default settings in Sales Order Entry in Sage 100.

Resolution

  1. Expand Modules, Sales Order, Main, Sales Order Entry
  2. Click, Defaults button
  3. Select the field(s) to change:
    • Next Order No.

Note: Changes to Next Order No. will also change the Next Order No. field in Sales Order Options.

  • Order Date
  • Order Type
  • Ship Date
  • Warehouse
  • Print Order
  • Print Pick Sheet
  • Salesperson
  • Ship Via
  • FOB
  1. Click, OK
  2. A window will appear, Do you want to save the values for Order Type, Warehouse, Print Order, Print Pick Sheet, Ship Via and FOB for use with future Order Entry sessions?
    • Click No, to use the defaults for this session only. They will be removed when you close Sales Order Entry.
    • Click Yes, to use for all future Order Entry sessions until you change the Defaults.
