The resolution which corrects this was to rebuild the corrupt data file:

  1. Open Library Master, Utilities, Rebuild Key Files
  2. Click OK on warning message
  3. Select, Company Code
  4. Select, Accounts Payable
  5. Check, AP_InvoiceHistoryDetail
  6. Click, Proceed
  7. Close, Rebuild Key Files log
  8. Proceed with update
