The resolution which corrects this was to rebuild the corrupt data file:
- Open Library Master, Utilities, Rebuild Key Files
- Click OK on warning message
- Select, Company Code
- Select, Accounts Payable
- Check, AP_InvoiceHistoryDetail
- Click, Proceed
- Close, Rebuild Key Files log
- Proceed with update
