Error 11 in Sage 100 Application Server Configuration screen
Cause
Problem with Application Server config file in …\mas90\home\lib\_appserv or other related files.
Resolution
- Rename the “Config” file within “..\MAS90\Home\Lib\_Appserv” on the Sage 100 Advanced ERP server. Restore a recent backup copy of the “Config” file to that location. (This assumes the problem lies only with the “Config” file).
OR - Rename the “Home” sub-directory within the live “MAS90” directory on the Sage 100 Advanced ERP server, and restore a recent backup copy of the “Home” directory (and its contents) to that location.
OR - Rename the “Home” sub-directory within the live “MAS90” directory on the Sage 100 Advanced ERP server. Then reinstall Sage 100 Advanced ERP, the appropriate Product Update, and any 3rd-party enhancements (please make sure to check instructions from the 3rd-party provider, which may or may not be compatible with these instructions). This will replace system files, including the Config file.
