Description

Error: “You cannot create a sales order for cross-ship items because there is no line to create in sales order” after selecting Xpress Sales Order during RMA entry. None of the lines are selected to Cross Ship.

Cause

None of the lines are selected to Cross Ship.

Resolution

Select cross ship check box on at least 1 line of an invoice.
