Send Payments Due Alerts with TaiRox Collections

TaiRox Collections’ Payment Due Alerts program lets you send emails to customers to remind them that invoice payments are due soon.

The Payment Due Alerts workflow is simple, flexible, and fully integrated with Sage 300.

• You click the Update button to list customers with pending payments.
• Select the customers for which you want to generate reminders.
• Click the “Create Payment Due Alerts” button to send emails.

You can send alerts to multiple contacts per company, attach invoices to emails, and override default email templates at runtime.
