Description

Error: “Preview is not available on workstations that have the Sage 100 server path set to NO ACCESS” when clicking Preview in Sage 100 2018

Cause

The user does not have access to the Server’s \MAS90 folder

NO ACCESS was entering for the Server Path during workstation setup

Resolution

This issue is generally accompanied by the “Deferred Printer is the only option available” issue which occurs when the Path to the MAS90 folder is restricted.

Sage 100 Users must be Domain Users, and must have “Full Control” to the path where Sage 100 is installed. They must be able to pull up the MAS90 folder without any network challenges or messages.

If the user does have access to the Server path where the MAS90 folder is located, remove and reinstall Workstation setup, and input the correct server path when prompted.
