Error: "Printer Not Activated, Error Code -41" When Printing to Paperless Office in a TS Environment

“Printer Not Activated, Error Code -41” when printing to Paperless Office in a Terminal Services environment.
Cause
Having a redirected Sage PDF Converter results in two Sage PDF Converters on the terminal server which is known to cause conflicts.
Resolution
Clear the Printer redirection option.
- Open Remote Desktop Connection by clicking Start, clicking Programs or All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Remote Desktop Connection.
- Click Options, and then click the Local Resources tab.
- Under Local devices and resources, clear the Printers check box.
- Click Connect to start the session.
