Printer not activated, error code -41 or error code -30

Resolution

Reinstall Sage 100 PDF Converter from Paperless Office Advanced Options

  1. Right-click Sage 100 shortcut and choose “Run as Administrator” option
  2. Log into Sage 100
  3. Select FileRun from Sage 100 Toolbar
  4. Type: PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui
  5. Select OK
  6. Select OK to select default date
  7. Select ‘Install Converter’
  8. Exit Paperless Office Advanced Options and try printing to Paperless again

*Note – You may need to locate the 600 convertor driver and install that separately before testing for the error again.

Update Sage 100 PDF Converter driver

  1. Open Devices and Printers.
  2. Right Click on Sage 100 PDF Converter.
  3. Select Printer Properties.
  4. Open Advanced tab and select Amyuni Document Converter 600.
